Mercy D. Grinnell House, 1890 Italianate in Tiverton, Rhode Island



I have pictures from an old listing, pre-renovation, as well as from the current listing in this post. It's interesting to see what they did to update this home. For the most part, I think it was well done. The only thing that bothers me is switching out the original bath tub in the large upstairs bathroom for the tiny claw foot. I love claw foot tubs. They are adorable, no doubt, but when they are the tiny ones, they are pretty impractical. It would have been a better choice for one of the smaller bathrooms. What do you think?
