I am not a real estate agent and do not represent any houses on this blog. I am just a fan of houses, mostly old, unique architecture and preservation of historic or outstanding homes. My blog contains houses that I've found, often for sale, that I think are unique, special or just outright spectacular.

Many of the houses on the blog are for sale, or have been. I try to keep up to date, but there will be some that slip off the market or sell without me noticing, sometimes even before the post goes up. When available, I do post links to listing agents and other real estate sites on each post for anyone that would like to check the status of any house here.
