 The realtor says in the listing, "Opportunity to create a Bed and Breakfast", but a quick Internet search and you will find that this already was run as a Bed and Breakfast under the name, Catskill Bed and Breakfast Spa. I don't know if the realtor doesn't know this or if there is some deliberate avoidance happening, but many of the reviews were not so favorable.
