I have categorized this home generically as antebellum because I can't pinpoint the exact style. Even the Historic Registry has no architectural identification for the house, To me, it reads both French Colonial, which was my first instinct because it reminds me of the French Quarter houses of Louisiana, but also looks like Spanish Colonial.
