Irving House, 1846 Multi-Family Adobe in Geneva, New York
Though the listing agent and real estate websites are not identifying a style for this house, the Geneva Historical Society calls this house an adobe and says that it is one of several adobe homes in the town. There is a brief article about it on their website. A link to the article is below. According to a history found on Facebook, the home was built as a Gothic Revival, but has had several additions that has changed the look. The listing also doesn't mention the number of bathrooms, but since this is a five unit building, I would assume there are at least 5 bathrooms. I wish there were more pictures. I'm sure there is so much more to this house.

HISTORY via Historic South, Geneva, NY Facebook Page
This building defies a stylistic label as it has been altered considerable since its 1845 Gothic origins. The original house was built by Theodore Irving, nephew of Washington Irving, and a professor of modern languages and European history at Geneva College from 1837 to 1847. The original structure was 36 by 33 feet, with 4 rooms and 2 stories. The walls were constructed of the very unusual combination of adobe blocks and wood planking. It was enlarged considerably in 1927 and given its new color in 1945 when Spanish Colonial Period architecture was popular in the West.
