This was once run as a bed and breakfast called Rose Hill Inn. Below the photos, there is a video from 2008, when it was a bed and breakfast, showing what it looked like before the current renovation. There is also a link to a wedding website for Rose Hill Inn, but the home page for the Inn is no longer active. I did not come across the date that it stopped operating as a bed and breakfast and wedding event venue.

Inn Description from BedandBreakfast.com
Rose Hill Inn is an elegant 1860 Italianate mansion, sitting high on a hill overlooking Marshall. Once the home of the founder of the American Boy Scouts, the mansion features twelve-foot ceilings, tall windows with lovely views, fireplaces, and fine Victorian antiques, all combining to create a mood of tranquility and escape from the modern world. Situated on three acres of grounds surrounded by woods, Rose Hill offers guests the opportunity to use the private tennis court or swimming pool, stroll in the gardens, or just relax with a good book on the patio or one of the porches. Nearby there are golf courses and a charming 19th century town filled with antique shops and architectural wonders. All rooms are decorated in 19th century style in every detail, but with 20th century luxuries: central air, private baths, telephones, and fireplaces in some rooms.
